J.V.RAMANARAJU :
He did M.B.A; M.A English; L.L.B;B.Ed from various universities of India. He has been giving soft skills training since 1999. He observed the problems faced by people due to lack of English knowledge. He analysed that many of the people are unable in getting suitable jobs after their eduation just because of lack of fluency in English. He thought alot and started “ VIHARI
INSTITUTE OF SPOKEN ENGLISH. “ So far thousands of students reached their goal of speaking English by joining in the Institute. But lakhs of people are unable to come to Institute due to lack of time and other struggles. For those people he started writing books in 2002. Ramana Raju believes that book writing is just like classroom teaching. Though a book can never replace a teacher but it should make the student feel the presence of a teacher. Keeping this in view he writes books in such a way that students never get bored while reading his books. Ramana Raju has written upto five books regarding Spoken English, English Grammar Practice Book, Homonyms, Andariki Anglam Module -I, Andariki Anglam Module -II. He believes in writing quality of books rather than quantity of books. Andariki Anglam Module -I, Andariki Anglam Module -II are very useful books to those who are unable to come to Spoken English Institutes. He wrote these books in such a way that students feel the presence of teacher in the premises. This book reading is equal to listening to his class directly. He has lot of enthusiasm

R.P.BANDHAVI :
She did her M.Sc Zoology; M.A English; B.Ed; PGDCA. She has been teaching in various Degree, Juniour colleges and schools in different parts of Telangana. She is a popular Zoology lecturer and Biology teacher. With her effective teaching she inspired many of the students. She has vast experience of teaching Zoology, Biology and English to college and school students and she knows the problems faced by the students in studying Zoology and Biology due to lack of English knowledge. Bandhavi has put all her teaching experience into writing of books such as Homonyms, Andariki Anglam Module -I, Andariki Anglam Module -II. She has co authored four books along with her husband J.V.Ramana Raju.
